Group classes

My small group classes are based on the fundamental Joseph Pilates exercises benefitting both beginners and seasoned practitioners by offering modifications and progressions to ensure everyone is challenged within their own range. Keeping classes small allows a friendly, personalised and safe environment where you can progress confidently in your practice.

Every class incorporates a fundamental warm-up, abdominals, spinal articulation, bridging, lateral flexion and rotation and each session will end with a back extension. It is a full mind and body workout involving concentration, precision and efficiency in movement with many of the exercises taking place lying on your front, back or side. We sometimes use resistance bands, small balls, magic circles, poles, small hand weights and foam rollers which can be used to aid and progress exercises

You might not be jumping around, but you will be working hard!

1:1 or 2:1 Sessions

If a group class is not suitable for you either temporarily or as a personal preference, I offer private sessions where I will create a personalised programme for you involving both the mat and apparatus. You do not have to have any prior pilates experience to use the apparatus.

My studio in Owlsfoot is a lovely, calm environment to take the time out of busy schedules and concentrate on yourself and your movement.
